2. How do you ship live fish orders?
We ship exclusively via Southwest Cargo Collect. This method provides fast, temperature-controlled air transport for live tropical fish. You’ll receive flight details once your shipment is confirmed and order will be ready to pick up the next day.

3. Who pays for shipping?
Shipping is billed Collect — you pay Southwest Cargo directly upon pickup at your nearest cargo facility. This keeps costs lower and ensures secure delivery handling.

4. What is your order processing time?
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 weeks, depending on stock availability and weather conditions. We will have a timer with cutoff date for new shipment above to give you a more specific time frame. We’ll notify you of your estimated ship date after confirming your order.

5. How are fish packaged for transport?
All live fish are carefully packed in **insulated boxes** with oxygenated bags, temperature control packs (heat or cold), and clearly labeled for live arrival. This minimizes stress and ensures safe delivery.

6. Do you offer guarantees on live arrival?
Yes, we offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. All DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims must be reported within three (3) hours of delivery, as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for credit or replacement.

7. Can I request specific species, sizes, or sex?
Yes. You may request certain species, sizes, sex or quantities depending on current inventory. Include these requests with your order and we’ll confirm availability. Sex is not 100% guaranteed.
